Accounts Executive, with local working experience in the field of construction

Accounting Function:

Manage the finance, accounting and reporting operations and ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and records including the following:

o   Responsible for matching vendor’s invoices and monthly payment process.

o   Ensure strong internal controls and financial procedures system.

o   Timely and accurate submission of quarterly GST return.

o   Perform accounts payable and bank reconciliation.

o   Handle daily filings.

o   Handles and ensures that all entry into accounting system is accurate.

o   To prepare project costing upon project handed over.

o   To closely monitor cash flow & petty cash transaction

o   Monitor accounts receivable transaction (invoicing/ progress claim)

o   Liaise with external Auditor relates to tax matters.

o   Closely monitor the project final account with clients

o   Checking on daily incoming mails.

o   Other general accounting duties as assigned.

 

Human Resource Function:

To assist in HR operations including the following:

o   Monthly payroll processing

o   Employee performance appraisal

o   Handle planning for manpower, training and employee benefits.

o   Handle recruitment and selection process.

o   Monitoring of employee work pass process.

o   Helping for answering phone call.

o   Other general HR duties as assigned.
