Assistant Executive (Customer Service) 

Job Summary:

Provide prompt and accurate processing/administration of travel documents, overseas travel allowances and expenses claims according to policies, guidelines and service standards to support customers’ overseas travel requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that allowances and claims are computed in accordance with stipulated policies, rules and procedures
  • Prepare proper travel documentation to facilitate customers’ entry into the foreign countries for official purposes
  • Monitor advance payments, recovery of overpayments and perform the necessary duties required for proper closure of cases
  • Recommend and implement improvements to workflow, processes and internal controls to ensure relevance and compliance to stipulated policies and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Diploma or GCE ‘A’ / ’O’ Level
  • Preferably 2 years and above working experience in HR benefits, finance, claims payment process or overseas travel services
  • Responsible, diligent and meticulous worker with high integrity and effective interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (especially with MS Excel)
