Assistant Executive (Payroll)

Job Summary:

To analyse, compute and process pay transactions promptly and accurately in accordance with the stipulated policies and guidelines and maximise customer satisfaction.


  • Analyse, input data, verify and process pay transactions
  • Analyse doubtful pay transactions, diagnose problems and determine follow-up actions
  • Handle customers’ queries, disputes and appeals


  • GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Preferably with application knowledge in SAP Payroll
  • Possess good customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind
