Responsibilities:

1.       Attend to mobile enquiries in person, through calls and e-mails

2.       Coordinate and process new mobile applications and requests

3.       Assist to resolve billing issues and perform billing adjustments

4.       Coordinate repairs for faulty handsets

5.       Collection and distribution of handsets to customer’s employees

6.       Record / manage the mobile services subscribed and handsets owned by customer 

7.       Compile monthly mobile and inventory reports.

8.       Update and retrieve mobile reports in the Business Portal

9.       Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

 

Requirements:

1.       Minimum Diploma qualification or Junior College

2.       Proficient in spoken and written English

3.       Customer service oriented

4.       Meticulous and detailed oriented

5.       Proven ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

6.       High adaptability and flexibility to handle all types of possible customer-fronting situations

7.       Positive attitude and keen to learn
