Executive, Marketing Logistics & Workshops (Games)Posted Date: 22 Aug 2013

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing logistics for GX credits
  • Support Marketing workshops for games products
  • Manage POs and contracts related work
  • Support in engagement with publishers on a daily basis
  • Managing email/SMS campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting.
  • Segmenting contact lists based on business KPIs
  • Managing marketing team meetings, publisher workshops and planning sessions
  • Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Constantly working to optimizing efficiencies to make the marketing team work better for the company as a whole

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Admin or Marketing or O levels with relevant experience
  • At least 5 years in similar Gaming industry preferrred
  • Familiarity with financial systems and billing is an advantage
  • Mature and pleasant personality, with strong professional work attitude and good employment history
  • Self-motivated, committed and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet project timelines
  • Resourceful, and has initiative to enhance current work processes and improve work effectiveness
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, planning and time-management skills
  • Professional, organized and meticulous character with strong attention to detail and high quality orientation
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels of hierarchy and across cultures.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team with all levels of staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
