A) Senior/ Accountant (Project)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Project Accounting for the Singapore Entities, including processing revenue accruals
Reviewing of project financials, accrual aging, project exceptions
Work closely with Project Office to resolve outstanding project financial matters
Assist in internal and external audit on Projects
Prepare presentation materials and adhoc analysis on Project financials
Trainer for “Finance for Project Managers” programme
Requirements:
7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting / cost accounting
Hands-on experience with SAP FICO module is preferred
Hands-on, meticulous, have an eye for details
Proactive, good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and within stringent datelines
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
B) Financial Analyst (FP&A)
You will provide business partnership to support the Business Unit/ Line of Business You will report and analyze the monthly performance for the business unit, track the sales funnel and forecast, assist in monthly closing to ensure numbers are in and prepare the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast for the Business Unit/ Line of Business. You are expected to work very closely with the business teams to drive Forecasting and Budgeting process. From time to time, you will also participate in ad hoc projects on process re-engineering and system implementation.
Requirements
A CPA or equivalent with a Degree in Accountancy
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and management reporting
Experience with business intelligence tools, management reporting / budgeting tools, implementation
Highly familiar in Microsoft Office Applications esp. Excel, PowerPoint
Strong analytical skill and eye for detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in face-paced and stressful environment
Prior working experience in IT sector or big MNC will be highly preferred.
C) Regional Financial Analyst (FP&A)
You will assist the Regional Finance Director in monitoring the financial performance of our subsidiaries in the region. You will be responsible for financial analysis, management reporting & budgeting. In addition, you will play an active regional role in working with the Country Directors and Country FMs / Local Accounting Service Providers to troubleshoot finance / accounting issues and facilitate the delivery of regional financial & operational objectives.
You will work closely with the in-country FMs on all finance related matters, provide orientation for new overseas finance staff, setting up policies and procedures, and participate in process / systems improvement projects to identify areas for continual improvement. As part of the regional work, you will be exposed to regional taxation, treasury and M&A. This position is based in Singapore but some traveling will be required.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, a CPA
Minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with people across different cultures
Technically competent and hands-on professional
Ability to work as a business partner with top management
Prior regional experience is preferred.
Able to travel as and when required from time to time
Candidate with more years of experience will be assessed for Senior Regional Financial Analyst Role.
