HR Recruiter (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment plans and strategy
  • Understand the hiring needs from the hiring managers
  • Handle end-end recruiting process
  • Job posting on various channels such as Job Portals
  • Build a talent pipeline for the company from various venues
  • Build a good relationship with the candidates and hiring managers
  • Drive offer process such as rolling out offer letter, compensation package and salary negotiation
  • Maintain data reports and tracking of data
  • Handle daily HR operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources /or its equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of recruiting/HR experiences
