Assist client to design effective courseware and supervise development of e-learning contents that consist of video, animation and other instructional technologies
Co-ordinate various change management activities to integrate ICT in teaching and learning (e.g. conduct orientation programmes for e-courseware, blended learning design, ICT updates, etc)
Conduct user training and review as and when required
Support the client on use of content authoring tools and to publish content
Requirements:
Degree in instructional design, education, cognitive psychology, instructional technology or related qualifications; Post-graduate qualification in Education or Instructional Design will be an advantage
At least 3 years working experience in instructional design and/or training
Able to work closely with clients to understand and analyse training requirements
Proficient in English, able to convey ideas and requirements verbally and in written form
Mature and confident in interacting with clients, content developers and third party vendors
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Action Script (Flash), MS Windows-based authoring software (Articulate) and multimedia production software will be an advantage
Creative with an eye for details and able to work independently
Possess leadership qualities with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required
