Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this position will partner with Businesses to assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate engaging digital learning solutions across all levels of the organization.
Reviews the Company’s training programs to assess their potential for on-line delivery and solicit buyin from stakeholders on areas which can be redesigned/enhanced using ILT or digital learning solutions
Conduct needs analysis to determine training needs and appropriate training methods based on the subject matter and target audience.
Apply knowledge of eLearning instructional design and adult learning to design and develop course content, working collaboratively with vendors, subject matter experts, and others as needed and publish content via learning platforms.
Project manage the development of the ecourseware from end to end.
Creates graphics, videos, and Web interfaces for Web portals, e-learning, and marketing and communications products which includes capturing and editing digital video, retouching, repurposing, and batch processing of digital images, Website design for the organisation etc.
A basic degree with 5 years work experience, preferably in a fast-paced, growing industry.
The competencies include organizational consulting, instructional design, change management, , stakeholder engagement and project management-
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating digital learning solutions required.
Expertise in instructional technologies including rapid e-learning authoring tools (specifically Articulate and Captivate), graphics( especially Photoshop), and publishing content to learning management system.
Knowledge of the fundamentals of web instructional design
Skilled in working collaboratively across all levels of the organization to assess needs, and offer creative and engaging training solutions.
Ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks, build project plans, and execute project tasks on schedule.
