Job Summary:


Responsible for the full spectrum of the Learning and Development functions including the planning and implementation of generic & customised Competency Development programmes/events, develop customised learning solutions and provide professional learning advisory support to meet individual, team and organizational learning requirements of the clients, so as to achieve high standard of customer satisfaction, the business objectives and the target revenue.




  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the Learning & Development functions and training operations
  • Perform training advisory and consultancy service via appropriate methodologies to support clients’ organization strategic thrusts
  • Build extensive and strategic network with external agencies and to be alert of new emerging trends in the marketplace
  • Identify potential market niches, formulate new business initiatives and marketing plans
  • Develop training proposals for tenders and bids and formulate pricing strategies
  • Have a good understanding of e-learning (soft skills areas), and involve in the creation of blended learning packages
  • Forge close partnership with customers so as to formulate prompt and quality solutions to meet their needs
  • Establish quality control measures and review customers’ feedback regularly to make continuous improvement
  • Define, establish and review training standards and processes
  • Lead and coach a team of Senior Executives and Assistant Executives




  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education and Human Resource or equivalent, with professional qualification in Human Resource Development (DACE and ACTA qualifications would be preferred)
  • At least 7 years relevant experience in Human Resource Development / Training & Development
  • Self motivating, energetic, result-oriented individual with passion in learning and development
  • Possess proficiency in developing training proposals
  • Ability to work independently as well as ability to lead and coach a team
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with good customer service aptitude, problem-solving, project management, planning and organising skills
  • Client-focused, with the ability to analyse, diagnose and think critically about client’s needs
