Responsible for design/development, analysis, CAD simulation and verification testing of electromechanical components & modules for high speed and high precision equipment
Electromechanical module ownership including option, accessories and kits release, reliability enhancement, continuous improvement and production support
Formulate & execute engineering and design verification test plans
Participate in new product innovation process from simple to complex designs
Responsible for non-platform development of the modules offering operation reliability, higher UPH and application versatility
Initiate engineering change request and implement documentation change
Work closely with other disciplines to meet project objectives (system approach with electronics, software and process aspects are considered)
Requirements:
Masters / Engineering Degree in Mechatronics ,Electronics, Mechanical & Science
Broad experiences of 5 years and above on similar capacity in Semiconductor industry
Significant practical experience in mechanical design, construction and testing with a solid understanding of functional relationship of individual components and electromechanical systems
Proficiency in CAD software and finite element tools such as CREO 2(3d solid model),MECHANICA/ANSYS, etc.
Good knowledge of mechanical parts evaluation and qualification, structural dynamics/modal analysis
Working experience with equipment architecture design and system integration
