 §  Be part of core team to drive, align and adopt one single Project Management and Transition & Transformation (T&T) Methodologies across the Company.

  • Develop entire suite of Project Management and T&T templates from basic Meeting Minutes to Master Project Plans containing such elements as a quick reference Communications Matrix to an in-depth Risk Management Plan.
  • Develop T&T service catalogs, engagement criteria, engagement model, internal KPI/s and internal audit framework.
  • Develop and build up community of practice for Centre of Excellence.
  • Develop new hire on-boarding, briefing, training and mentoring on Project Management and T&T.

§  Provide PMO Support to Project/Program Manager for T&T Projects in terms of initiation, governance and control.

§  Provide advisory and overall governance for Satellite PMO Manager at site.

§  Participate in pre-sales, review compliance requirements and FTE sizing for T&T tower resources.

§  Develop and maintain write up on Governance framework template for RFP responses.

§  Point of contact for RFP and provide consultancy and response on Bespoke RFP questions.

§  Work closely with Governance & Quality Assurance to maintain and review the key methodologies.

  • Document AS-IS processes, practices and tools.
  • Execute lean analysis for AS-IS processes and provide recommendations on process improvements for To-Be system.
  • Bring together staff of different disciplines and drive the group to agree on comprehensive quality processes and procedures.
  • Conduct internal quality audit and review of projects.

§  Maintain and track resources skillsets, identify gaps and develop training plans.

§  Develop and maintain Knowledge Management System for best practices and lessons learnt.

§  Perform Project Dashboard & Portfolio Reporting to management.

§  Perform Departmental Reporting on Resources Utilization, Certification tracking, KPI tracking, etc.

  • Involve in annual budget exercise.



§  The incumbent should possess an IT Degree or business OR equivalent experience.

§  PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification will be an added advantage.

§  ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.

§  LSS Green Belt Certification preferred.

§  Min 2 years of working experience within an ICT/ Transition & Transformation Project Management Office; seeing through entire project life-cycles.

§  Good understanding and experienced in the deployment and setup of ICT/ IT Outsourcing/Transition & Transformation project governance models, based on prescribed methodologies.

§  Working knowledge of using Project & Portfolio Management tools.

§  Abreast in the knowledge of ICT / IT Outsourcing/Transition & Transformation technologies, trends and practices.

§  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.

§  Possesses good verbal & written communication skills.

§  Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

§  Meticulous and eye for details.

§  Strong presentation skills, especially to management.

§  Able to work in a cross matrix organization

§  Possess interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
