Senior Executive (Learning & Development)Posted Date: 22 Aug 2013

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify learning and development needs
  • Develop training framework
  • Review and design curriculum, prepare lesson plans, including the method, media and documentation
  • Design and deliver training programmes
  • Conduct follow-up evaluations on the training effectiveness of the programme

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree or Masters holder / Post-graduate qualification in Education or Instructional Design will be an advantage
  • Effective training presentation and facilitation skills; Knowledge of training evaluation methodologies is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required with leadership qualities
  • Proficient in English, able to convey ideas and requirements verbally and in written form
  • Strong time management skills and able to work under deadline pressures
  • Creative with an eye for details and able to work independently
