Senior Executive (Learning & Development)

Job Responsibilities:
Identify learning and development needs
Develop training framework
Review and design curriculum, prepare lesson plans, including the method, media and documentation
Design and deliver training programmes
Conduct follow-up evaluations on the training effectiveness of the programme
Requirements:
Degree or Masters holder / Post-graduate qualification in Education or Instructional Design will be an advantage
Effective training presentation and facilitation skills; Knowledge of training evaluation methodologies is an added advantage
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required with leadership qualities
Proficient in English, able to convey ideas and requirements verbally and in written form
Strong time management skills and able to work under deadline pressures
Creative with an eye for details and able to work independently
