Technical Support Engineer (UPS)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing engineering/technical support for UPS systems projects.
• Support sales team in driving UPS business in ASEAN and emerging market countries
• Developing customer accounts focusing on Integrated Data Center (IDC) customers.
• Responsible for preparing products offering according to customers’ needs,
• Manage technical queries, follow through project for entire project cycle and coordinate with contractors to ensure project completion on time.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years project management experience in UPS market with IDC vertical.
• Good knowledge of UPS system and technology. Knowledge in cooling system and familiarity with construction work is preferred.
• Project management skill is essential.
• Have good contact of end users in ASEAN countries.
• Excellent and clear communication skill.
• Have initiative and customer oriented.
• Able to travel when necessary.
