An experienced travel consultant specialising in corporate travels, to manage the day-to-day corporate travel services that we deliver to our corporate clients with the highest level of services and ensure all service levels are met.
Handle all aspects of in-house corporate travel agency operations including managing travel bookings/quotations and 24/7 after-hours emergency hotline
Provide expert knowledge to corporate clientele in areas of flight routings, accommodation requirements, visa requirements, car rentals and other related travel services
IATA-UFTAA or Ticketing Accreditation Certificates
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in travel agencies managing corporate travels
Familiar with Global Distribution System such as Amadeus is an advantage
Good travel knowledge in particular ticketing process, IATA geography and visa requirements
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and motivated team player who is corporate environment savvy and highly service oriented
Training will be provided on both GDS and back-end system.
